Zapier offers a free level of service plan, although it does have some limitations. With this account, you can perform up to 100 tasks per month, but you can only have five Zaps active at any given time.
However, 100 tasks and 5 zaps is enough to run the CoachCreator Pro system.

Please don’t sign up with Google, Facebook or Microsoft. The free account only has 1 user (it’s £14.79/$19.99 per month for more users and you don’t need to spend the money for that) and we’ll need access to that user’s account.
